Refund Policy
We want you to love your MotorFloat. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

If a sale is marked as final or the item is listed as non-refundable, no refund can be requested.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within the 30-day window at motorfloat.support@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent shipping damage.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility (this can be done via a photo of the item), we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at motorfloat.support@gmail.com
Exclusions
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Clearance or final sale items are excluded from exchange.
If a customer wishes to return an item that has not yet been delivered, we cannot accept the return. You may return it once received. We also do not refund costs if a customer does not collect their package at the door or pickup point. (If an item is delivered to a pickup point and not collected, a $10 admin fee applies.)
If you regret your order and wish to cancel, you must collect the package and then return it to us so it is not registered as an "uncollected" package.
